Antonino Leto, also known as
Antonio Leto, was an Italian painter born in
Capri, Italy in 1844 and died in 1913. He painted mainly genre/landscape subjects in an impressionistic style. In 1861, he moved to Palerme to study under
L. Barba and
Luigi Lojacono. He adopted the style and subject matter of
Filippo Palizzi.
