Li Hui is a Chinese diplomat who was born in February 1953 in China. He currently serves as the Chinese Special Representative for Eurasian Affairs, a position he has held since August 2019. Li Hui has had a distinguished career in diplomacy, having previously served as the Chinese Ambassador to Russia from 2009 to 2019 and to Kazakhstan from 1997 to 2000. He also served as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2008 to 2009.
